Your job is to sell advertising space to real estate agencies and individual vendors who want to reach the widest audience possible for the best price. Remember, each client who lists on your website, also lists on over 600 other portals, for the one low price. You can easily demonstrate the benefits of the system to your clients, and can guarantee them Google top 10 exposure within mere days.
A Management Franchise is operated more as a small to medium-sized business, with the franchise holder managing a team of salespeople to handle the volume of clients that seven to 36 portals can generate. While the initial investment is higher than for a Single Operator Franchise, a well-run Management Franchise can see returns of up to 10 times intial investment, per annum, throughout the first franchise term.
An Investment Franchise is intended as an alternative to traditional investment options – a secure and profitable way to see your assets grow. For those who have the capital to invest in advertising, and combined with the Internet marketing and infrastructure supplied by the IREA-AII, an Investment Franchise from the IREA-AII will essentially run itself. If the franchise holder wishes to take a more active role, they may sub-franchise their portals to independent operators, becoming Master Franchisees.
